We no longer use these within the docs, and they run the risk of making docs pages less textual (see #93). We also don't yet have a way to lint href attributes within Tiles (#100).

Note that we still use the TileList and TileSet components in v11 of the docs, so we can implement this after v14.

This PR removes the Tile component: #369
