How to pick audio output device?

Hello, I am using the current Windows version with a Nooelec RTL SDR v4, and I would like to feed the received audio signal (POCSAG) into my “Virtual Cable” sound card so that I can decode it with another program (in German: BOSMON). How can I set the output device to Virtual Cable? Thank you so much
