syzkaller, not syzbot findings tracking

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Syzbot is not the only syzkaller driven product. Many upstream bugs were found by other deployments.
Knowing the bug details we can at least track the fix propagation.

I'm thinking about some form to register syzkaller findings.
Alternatively we can start tracking some upstream commits if they fixed the syzkaller found bug. (#syz track?)
