Not able to create projects in harbor ,when we enabled keycloak OIDC. #21063

Steps we followed.

  1. Configured keycloak as an Oidc authorization in harbor.
  2. Post this integration, the user can login to harbor with keycloak credentials.
  3. When I tried to create a harbor project by using harbor rest APIs, I used the keycloak credentials to authenticate.
  4. When I hit the API, we are getting an unauthorized error with those credentials.
  5. But with the same credentials (keycloak credentials), I can be able to login to Harbor UI.
  6. In Harbor Ui, I have made the same users as admin.
