Dropdown component items doesn't support value as integer zero (0) correctly #49

component usage -

<nitrozen-dropdown
    :items="[
        {
            text: "No",
            value: 0
        },
        {
            text: "Yes",
            value: 1
        }
    ]"
    v-model="foo"
/>

Here item "No" never gets selected.
