Management cluster tests (repo; define a "fully functioning management cluster; run against mc-bootstrap).

Workload cluster tests (repo; integration tests; define a "fully functioning workload cluster"; run on release creation):

cluster creation and upgrades for different providers and configurations (private, china, etc)
provider-independent tests (link)

Per-app tests (in-depth app tests; run against app during development):

Cabbage
Atlas (using the framework but in a half-automated way)
Phoenix
