Motivation

The Prometheus Alertmanager is managed via the PMO. The new mimir alertmanager is managed as a toggle in the Mimir Helm Chart. This means with the new alertmanager we don't need the PMO anymore and can deprecate it.

Todo

  • Deprecate the PMO

Outcome

  • We have one less operator to worry about.
