For requirements.txt and build tests.

Not sure what the best list is, but ideally something that minimizes dependencies and also enables decent functionality.

Geostuff:

  • GDAL (and dependencies)
    • Can we enforce compilation with access to reading COGs?
  • pyhdf (do we need it?)
  • xarray

Indexing:

  • skelarn?

The usual suspects:

  • numpy
  • scipy? (Do we need it?)
