Quarto breaking link to geoarrow-wasm? #1

This link: https://github.com/geoarrow/geoarrow/blob/d2f56704414d9ae71e8a5170a8671343ed15eefe/README.md?plain=1#L65 is correct (README.md) but the link on the rendered site at https://geoarrow.org/ is wrong:

https://github.com/geoarrow/geoarrow-rs/blob/main/js/README.qmd

(the README.md is incorrectly modified to README.qmd)

I'm guessing this is some weird artifact of using quarto to build the site. @paleolimbot do you have ideas?
