SPARQL query no longer completes under normal circumstances

The command
JAVA_OPTS=-Xmx64G blazegraph-runner select --journal=blazegraph-production.jnl --outformat=tsv sparql-for-pathway-go-cams/sparql/metabolic_pthwy_gocams_count_mf_roots.rq ./metabolic_pthwy_gocams_count_mf_roots.tsv
no longer seems to complete (stopping after two days), when previously it took less than half an hour.

This issue is currently blocking snapshot and release from running.
