Panther db and API docs is down

The database and API were working yesterday. However, both of them are down today.

I checked my firewall and found nothing wrong.

I am using this link for the database: http://pantherdb.org/
And this link for the API docs: http://pantherdb.org/services/openAPISpec.jsp

Can you please confirm if the problem is on your end as well?
