On the generated downloads page (https://current.geneontology.org/products/pages/downloads.html), links out to the release are still HTTP, gather than HTTPS causing browser complaints.

These should be updated to HTTPS.

@pgaudet This is not yet completed--the links are still HTTP.

Ugh, these are fixed for everything but the GOA pages...
...well, a subset anyways. Weird old links from a long time ago.

This doesn't seem to be working for all the files:

  • TAIR OK
  • cow NOT OK
  • WB OK

Generally it seems like the MODs are OK, and the species provided by GOA (including Human) are not https.
However ecocyc is.... not sure if my troubleshooting really helps.

Thanks, Pascale

Sorry I just noticed you comment from yesterday - I didn't know which 'next release' you were referring to.
