Set NoData value for geemap.ee_export_image

Hello,
it seems like the resulting .tif file of geemap.ee_export_image uses the value 0 for NoData pixels which lie outside the clipping geometry.
As there might be some values of 0 in my data, there is the risk to mask them out when setting 0 to transparent in a GIS (even though I want to keep them as they are within the bounds of the geometry).
Is there a way to change the NoData value by hand (e.g. to -9999) when preparing the data for export, or is clipping in post-processing inevitable?

You can use image.unmask(nodata_value_to_use), e.g., image.unmask(-9999)
