スキップフラグをつけた楽曲リストを別テーブルで管理することで、それぞれのテーブルを別個に削除できるようにし、楽曲の再同期時などに利便性を高めたい
スキップテーブルのキーを楽曲パスにしておくことで整合性はある程度保てるはず
