PaddleOCRSDK.dll在项目bin目录下面

文件存在但是还是会报这个错误
找到原因了，缺少opencv_world344.dll这个dll
去https://sourceforge.net/projects/opencvlibrary/files/3.4.4/ 这里下载opencv-3.4.4-vc14_vc15.exe，安装完以后在
opencv\build\x64\vc14\bin路径把opencv_world344.dll拷贝到bin文件夹下就可以了
