Platform info:
Ubuntu, desktop, Brave browser.

Action:
Adjust volume level by clicking the slider in the lower right corner.

Expected behavior:
Adjustment happens when mouse button is pushed down and/or on click drag movement.

Actual behavior:
Volume adjustment only happens when mouse button is released.
