概要

コマンドのヘルプメッセージや表示される情報をconfig.ymlを書き換えることで変えることを可能にしたい。

なぜやるのか

デバッグの際文言変更後毎回ビルドして検証する時間がかかりすぎるから
今後のメッセージ仕様変更時に変更を容易にするため
