How I get my best work done:

I like to organize, analyze and know everything about the things that I'm about to do, so when I'm working on something I like to understand it well, search about it, read about it (sometimes too too much and that's bad I know :)) to get my best on it. if I dive in it directly I feel lost and unsatisfied even if I get it to work :)
Also, I love to work at night, I feel more productive and can get things done.
when working in teams, I like all the team to have a clear idea of what everyone working on and we communicate with each other so we are on the same page.

The role I usually take in a team:

I don't mind any role in the team as long as eveyrone agree on it and on the same page.

My communication style:

I'm direct and I speak my mind, and I like to talk things through for better communication and I always ask people about there opinions about things and give them mine if they ask me anything. and I answer anyone questions or help if they need it as long as I can give it to them. if I don't know the answer or can't do the task I say that I can't do or don't know the answer for it, and suggest to maybe try to work it together and solve it. sometimes I feel that maybe I'm forcing my opinions and I don't like that really ( if that happens just tell me please I don't know it at that moment) so I take step back and keep silent to make space for others because I feel that I'm too much at that moment and I don't know if I'm right or wrong about it, if that happens really just tell me.

What I value:

Honesty, respect, patience and having fun always.

What people misunderstand about me:

I blunt in talking (working on it hard) so sometimes people who don't know me take it the wrong way, even when I really don't mean it at all (for me I'm really just taking or chatting).

Also, when I work, I think a lot and focus on what I'm doing (in my own zone 😄 ) so sometimes people talk to me and I don't respond to them so they feel that I'm ignoring them :( or some times I respond and talk to them ( in autopilot 😂 ) and my mind in another world 😃 , so that sometimes makes a lot of misunderstanding.

How I like to get my feedback:

Direct and blunt I don't mind it at all. just tell it to me. I always ask for it, to try to better myself.

Tech Stack:

Strengths: Node and Express (I really like to work on the Back-End, even sometimes when I struggle with some SQL queries :)) )

Weaknesses: Design and CSS, and maybe SQL (working hard on it). also never done testing on react component.

I want to learn: MongoDB, Redux, and be better in React.
I'm focusing right now on being really good in MERN stack.
