How I get my best work done:

When I have a full understanding of the problem that will help me to analyze and find the best solution.
and I think it will be helpful if we taking time for planning and then start with a clear plan.
the comfortable and supportive environment for work will increase the productivity for me, and be in touch all the time it will be great and that why I love standup meetings alose kanban form for the project it's perfect to track the progress of it.
I love to share new knowledge with my teammate that will support the idea of Tech4Better.

The role I usually take in a team:

Basically, listening is the team power, so I am a good listener, and that helps me to take the right action and make a good discussion. Also, I have leadership skill that helps in the management and planning in the project. Actually, I was scrum master and team lead for a tow time

My communication style:

I am a social person and I love to know new people and learn new skills, new cultures and these differences help me to think in a different way.
when we faced a hard time I try to keep everything positive.also can share any new skill with other people and give any advice if can and I like them to give me any feedback and advice me if I am making any mistakes because it will effect on our productivity.

What I value:

motivation, patience, communication with each other and positiveness

What people misunderstand about me:

I care a lot about the work and If I see my teammate not caring too much, that makes me nervous and they thought I am tough and tried to control them.

How I like to get my feedback:

  • any feedback will help to improve my skills, so I don't have the performance on the way of the feedback.
  • Creative and improving feedback
  • any kind of feedback not just on the technical side it will help

Tech Stack and Skills:

  • Preferred Tech Stack: React, Node.js (express), Postgres and MongoDB, styled component.
  • Weaker Parts: Testing, MongoDB and React
  • Stronger Parts: - none but I fell good with both sides.
