Support "tags"-setting

Hi there,

I just stumbled upon your input plugin because we need to index the requests from sigsci into our Elastic Stack.
The feed-API provides a query parameter named tags with the following definition:

Limits feed to specific tags, comma-separated list

In our use case we just want to index the blocked requests, so we would provide "blocked" as the tags query parameter.

Of course one can filter out the non-blocked requests in the logstash pipeline but would you consider to support the tags parameter in the configuration?
