Support for Logr

Logr adopts an API and Sink (appender) model, which means it is possible to integrate different outputs. As logr is becoming the direction of travel for Kubernetes and other projects. It would be really good if there is a Fluent Bit-specific sink (appender) created that could efficiently send logs to Fluent Bit. As Logr supports klog already, we can see that it would be attractive to use within the K8s space.
