Distinguish between similar pages on search results page #5538

It seems like we could fix this specific example by changing the title of the pages to indicate the difference, e.g.
Could we do a quick db dump of page titles and quickly see similarities? (page title, social media title, etc) |
@rfultz RAD specifically does not want to do that. But a db dump of page titles could help in other ways. |

What we're after:
Observed some pages that look identical at a glance in the global search results. We should think through opportunities to reduce any cognitive load to differentiating similar looking/titled pages.
