Did fc:frame:image content drop support of base64 encoded images?

Or maybe it's just the Validator. But when using base64 image in the fc:frame:image content now I get the following error in Validator:

postFakeCastFrameAction 400 - Frame image error: UnsupportedProtocolError: Unsupported protocol "data:"

This used to work a week ago. I have something like this in my response HTML:

<meta property="fc:frame:image" content="data:image/png;base64,{{ .ImageBase64 }}" />

.. where the variable is filled with dynamic image bytes encoded as base64. The response in question is not the initial response (which should not be dynamic).

There are no specifics about the image content in the spec, and I didn't find that any of the recent changes listed in the changelog mentioning it either.

There was a bug in Validator, now fixed.
