When trying to install I get Error 1721

Describe the bug
Runing setup_64.exe, enter admin password, installation starts but then a message comes up saying Error 1721.

Hey,

I need a log file for installation to isolate this issue. If you are willing to do provide me with the log file, please follow these instructions:

1. Enable windows installer logging (support.microsoft.com)
2. Open the %temp% folder (type in the "Windows Run" dialog and press "Ok")
3. Start the installation and wait for the error message. Check the folder for a new log file with the name started with MSI. Send this file to me.
4. Disable the windows installer logging again (remove the changes you made in step 1) otherwise, it might make all installations on your system slower by creating log files for anything installer related.
