As a user, I would like to see average increase in wellbeing divided by service. #43

This could be calculated by: listing all individuals who have been referred to a particular service
Comparing their current wellbeing score with their initial wellbeing score
Calculating the % change
Working out the mean of this for each service
If possible, these calculations should exclude referrals which were not attended
