Move to fabric8-kit

fabric8-kit is meant to encapsulate the main abstraction developed for this plugin.

I.e. these are

• Generators
• Enrichers
• Profiles

Also the domain model, i.e. the Image configuration for building images and the kubernetes-model as basis for resource enrichment will be hosted in fabric8-build.

Goal of this issue should be, as soon as the abstraction have been added in fabric8-build, switch over to this project as much as possible.
