Multiple Jenkins instances in cd-pipeline deployment

Using gofabric8 0.4.4:

If you run the cd-pipeline app and read through the YAML configs shown on the new page, you will find three identical instances of the Jenkins service YAML configs and three copies of the route definitions for Jenkins. Submit the page and an error is generated for the second and third Jenkins route configs saying 'route already exists', so this isn't a display artefact, it's actually trying to install three configs.

I am also seeing a 404 error for the Gogs OAuth config.
