When locking computer with a maximized window opened and then logging in again, 'Remove excess panel styling' option for top panel is not applied immediately (even though before locking was applied). I have to either de-maximize all maximized windows and maximize them again or switch to a workspace without maximized windows so that the panel becomes transparent, and when I maximize a window again the panel becomes again solid black.
Ubuntu 18.04, gnome-shell 3.28.4
