Use online list of PSP game keys

It looks like the Apollo Save Tool will start collecting PSP save decryption keys. We should add a link from the main site to this list for users to be able to grab a key, and also automatically load a key from this file if possible.

This file gamekeys.txt doesn't seem to currently exist in the repo, but they plan to add one to a later release once they collect keys from users

Also, if and when we make a tool to automatically extract a save decryption key from a game image, we should attempt to write it back to this repo, whether through an automatic pull request or other mechanism. We should talk to the maintainer of the repo about options when we get to that point.
