Request for Shop Listings return 403 saying I don't own them

Here is the process:

• Request Authorization
• Log-in to Etsy
• Call-back returns authorization code
• Access Token requested
• Access token received and stored with XXXXXXXX on the front of the code as the shop id

Now I make an API request for shop listings:
https://openapi.etsy.com/v3/application/shops/{:shop_id}/listings

Method: GET

With the following headers:

'x-api-key' => {API KEYSTRING}
'authorization' => 'Bearer  {access_token}'

This is what I get back.

Client error: `GET https://openapi.etsy.com/v3/application/shops/XXXXXXXX/listings` resulted in 
a `403 Forbidden` response: {"error":"User does not own Shop XXXXXXXX"}

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

NOTE: I am confirming that mu OAuth token has not expired.

Discovered the issue. I was using the OwnerID as the shop id. I need either call:
/v3/application/users/{owner_id}/shops
or
/v3/application/shops?shop_name={shop_name}

Then from this data I will have the shop ID.
