Providers explorer as a default has the least possible - but the editing is too extreme

Describe the bug
Users now don't see the options by default - they see just a few - not even Sepolia or Ephemery.

So unless they are very adventurous they wouldn't click on the "Customize this list" option.
It should show at least Sepolia and maybe everything - and then users could turn off items in the list.

We can edit this list of course but we can't show all of them. there are too many and we had to put them to the plugin.
As an improvement I can suggest to activate tooltip on dropdown open on the last one which will name some options

Also, I think we can update customize this list to Add more or Show More
