Feature request/documentation: publish/publicly share files

Would it be possible to publicly share files on etesync? I know we can share files with users, but maybe it would be possible to also share files based on a link? like how cryptdrive works?

@feefladder I don't think it's currently possible using EteSync, but it might be possible to extend EteSync or develop a separate piece of software using the underlying library https://www.etebase.com/
