Can't sign in from Android web browser

I'm currently unable to connect to my shout server from my Android phone (OnePlus X running stock Oxygen 2.2.1-X, Android 5.1.1). I've seen it happen before, but sometimes it recovers.

I get to the login screen, and press sign in. It turns green, but I get no further. I can work around the issue by using an incognito tab. Clearing browser cache, cookies, etc. from the normal mode of the browser doesn't resolve the issue.
