Plymouth-like rpm package

I started this, but once we have SDL patches ported we should have decent support for different types of hardware.

It might be worth splitting into two packages/libraries:

twincam

and

twincam-sdl

And split our SDL code into a .so file. We may not want SDL in all uses cases or in long-term in general, but it's so portable it's very useful as an option at the same time.
