iphone 7 plus 10.3.3 error

im trying to upgrade from 10.3.3 to 11.1.2 but i always get this error:
ERROR: Unable to connect to device in recovery mode
ERROR: Unable to enter recovery mode
[Error] Unable to place device into recovery mode from Normal mode
[Error] Fail code=-2
Failed with errorcode=-2
help me please

Known issue. Use reiboot or go into recovery manually after setting nonce

when i go to recovery with reiboot my phone just restarts and nothing happens, if i go to recovery manually will i lose my nonce??

No you will not lose the nonce. You will lose the nonceset wenn the device boots to normal springboard
