Welcome to ETD discussions.

Remember, ETD strives to simplify testing on Emacs, and get the most out of what you put in.

ETD is intended for use testing simple functions which, provide a tool set for other Emacs Lisp users. Libraries such as Dash.el, S.el, f.el, kv.el, Kurecolor, and the like.

It is not designed for testing commands and interactive features, for that look to ERT (Emacs Regression Tesing) and extensions of ERT (ETD is an extension of ERT too!)
