I think I posted this in the wrong place before, so posting a cc here.

Issue:
-Using Hello Theme. When trying to set columns (products per row) for woocommerce product catalog in Appearance, Customize, Woocommerce, Product Catalog it will not allow different columns for each breakpoint. If it is set to X, it sets to X in all breakpoints.

Is this a bug in Hello Theme? Please advise.
