Upload an image in an encrypted room.

What happened instead?

Image upload failed, the application returns an error:
Failed uploading media, please try agian.

At the same time, Synapse outputs an error in the log:
synapse.media.media_repository - 1191 - WARNING - POST-111828 - Unable to generate thumbnails for remote media ****************** from None of type image/jpeg:

The same image can be uploaded normally in a non-encrypted room.
The phone has passed the session verification.
