https://github.com/egranata/puppy/blob/master/kernel/src/mm/virt.cpp#L609 creates a new address space by eagerly allocating all page tables, even though most will stay at empty/nothing mapped.

This could be made lazy by only mapping in the kernel pages at first, and letting userspace fault and only then filling in a new page table with actual backing RAM
