Does the RDF4J community still support (or recommend?) using Apache CommonsRDF?

I'm just curious about this community's opinion on Apache CommonsRDF: https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-rdf/

Is anyone here actually using it? Does this community actively maintain an RDF4J-specific implementation for the CommonsRDF interfaces? Do you guys recommend it's use, or discourage it's use, or have an opinion on it at all :) ...!?

I ask because it seems the Jena folks are still actively maintaining their Jena-specific implementation for CommonsRDF, as seen in the regular updates to Maven Central here (now on version 4.8.0 in April 2023): https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.jena/jena-commonsrdf
