I can do PRs if I have to, but I do think it’s best to have a non-developer interface to make this process more accessible for community members.

I am interested in helping out with Collapse of the Republic, but I don't know that I can take on the whole thing by myself. Are there instructions in the Google sheet on how to do that?

There are! At the moment it's really just "pair up with somebody if you want". There's a "Help" column to note if you want to share book duties with others and then it's up to the contributors.

However, I could coordinate that, if that's more convenient.
