  1. How do you collect data/how did you construct the data set? How was data collected over time? Has your methodology changed at all? —> we noticed that there were a bunch of outgoing messages to unique numbers that had no incoming numbers
  2. Can you explain why there are some differences in phone numbers? Why are there ~2 digit phone numbers?
  3. When did the service start? How did usage change over time? How did you advertise?
  4. What does uulerheg mean? What does "
  5. Where are you getting your pasture data?
  6. Do you know of a good map of country-level cell phone coverage?

Where is December 2016 data? Does it exist? Was there a problem with the system then?
