Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We would like to migrate to client-preset from directly using typescript and typescript-operations plugins. However, one of the blocker is that skipTypeNameForRoot option is currenly not forwarded to client-preset.

Forward typescript-operations's skipTypeNameForRoot to client-preset.
