Indicator of adding livestream on preview

When you add a stream, it's not clear on the phone that it'll appear there when you go live.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'm suggesting some sort of placeholder only on the preview to show something like "livestream will be here"

Just letting you know this does have some more thought put into it, just haven't come to action as of yet! Our idea:

• When you add a livestream, it'll be in a block and will show a button to go to the channel
• If you're live, it'll show the livestream and the button
• If you're not live, it'll only show the button
• When you're previewing it on the dashboard, it'll show the button as well as a block of the same size as the livestream with a placeholder content

Hoping to get started on this in the new year :)
