goo.gl links replacement

telemetry.nim uses goo.gl-shortened links to redirect to the telemetry details.

The goo.gl shortener will stop working after August 25th, 2025 leaving new choosenim users without access to the telemetry details. Google advise to switch to other link shorteners, but given the maturity of the language, maybe the redirect to the target doc can be set in the nim-lang.org page itself with a plugin.
