Testing needs work

• Current store tests are light
• the internal API needs tests
• we need to mock the core apis with some kind of block/txn fixtures so we can pump through known data to test against

I'd like to help with this, but has anyone outside the foundation team been able to get this repo to actually build?

I think either:

A) you guys bonk the build constraints from the libdogecoin repo; or
B) someone would have to:
1. clone libdogecoin
2. bonk the build constraints
3. point the imports referencing libdogecoin to wherever they cloned it to locally
4. attempt to build

In my opinion B is the worse of the two options.
