postgres:13 and dpage/pgadmin4 is not installed

I am using docker compose on windows 10, 64 here is the source code

Hmm, my best guess would be a corrupted local image - can you try completely removing postgres:13, re-pulling it, and trying again?

Privious version: Docker Desktop Installer_4.1.0_69386_Engine 20.10.8 causes the problem

Current version: Docker Desktop Installer_4.20.0_109717_Engine 24.0.2_Compose v2.18.1 solve the problem
