Nats image variant description not valid anymore

The description of the image variant is not correct anymore. The default image of Nats is based of scratch and therefore smaller than the alpine image variant.

I'm not familiar enough with Nats to fix this, because I also learned that all the examples in the Example usage section don't work with the default image anymore, because paths and default folders have changed.
