single call for getting naf+rdf (server)
include demo into server
expose server functionalities to client
standalone orchestrator, detached from server

I used the built packages (https://knowledgestore.fbk.eu/files/pikes/download/pikes-all.tar.gz) and set up a docker build here if anyone is still interested: https://git.rwth-aachen.de/coscine/research/pikesdocker
