Need to verify the program

Currently, when people are authorizing the program they get a message like this:

For part of this, we will need a publically-published privacy policy. Here are some templates we can follow to create one:

One thing to note about this: currently our users make a copy of the script to their own Google Drive and run it from there. This is great, but I'm pretty sure it means that the verification isn't copied over. So even if we do find a way to verify our app, it may not copy over with the script
